We offer our former working dairy barn for weddings and other events from the first weekend in May to the last weekend in October. We are located in the Finger Lakes region of New York , just south of Rochester, between the villages of Honeoye Falls and Avon. We can accommodate up to 200 people.

General Information

Pricing

You'll have plenty of time to make the space just the way you want it. We rent the barn by the weekend--Friday am until Sunday noon-- and include the option to have your ceremony on the premise.

2017 Rentals $4,000

Bathrooms

We have four bathrooms--a handicapped one on the lower level -- and 3 more upstairs so there's no need to rent portable restroom facilities!

Accessibility

There is a lift between floors, handicap parking, and an accessible restroom.

Number of Guests

The facility is large enough for 200 people per level but we only allow 200 per event so you'll have plenty of room to spread out.

Layout

The lower level has low ceilings, a smooth concrete floor, a caterer's prep area, an elevator and a bathroom. It also provides access to the courtyard area via 2 doors.

The upper level has the traditional high barn ceilings, the remnants of the old hay elevator, beautiful chandeliers, ceiling fans, oak floors and three bathrooms. Additionally, there is access to the deck and  steps from the deck to the courtyard.

The courtyard is minimally landscaped with grass, mature shade trees, and daylilies. It looks out on our pasture so be prepared to say hi to our cows and horses! There is room for lawn games, cocktail hour or your ceremony. There is also a hillside overlooking the pond which would also make a nice ceremony location.

Brides can use the private dressing area downstairs by the silo and enjoy the serenity of our silo garden before they make their grand entrance.

You are free to use the space as you desire, however, one option is to hold cocktail hour upstairs or outside, dinner downstairs and then return upstairs for dancing. If the weather is poor you can easily hold your ceremony on the lower level.
